Entrepreneur Day

Thursday was a day of entrepreneurs. First, at 9.30, we have the interview with 1901's CEO, then after lunch another 3-4 entrepreneurs sharing their experiences with us. All of them are really successful individuals which made it big in the business world.

I had to agree with Eugene that the 9.30 session was kinda bored as compared to the 12.30 session (no offense to any people involved in the morning session), maybe it's lacking the lively mood....Well, at least I know HOT DOGS were initially known as HOT DUCHENS (sorry if I spelled wrongly). Sad thing they don't provide free hot-dogs after the session.....=(

It was a great decision joining the 12.30 session. The forum panels are all successful individuals with a good sense of humour. Yes, the humour makes the difference. First we have Mr Timothy (CEO of Nuff-nang). Then there is Ms Shereen (CEO of Red Ribbon Days). Sorry that I couldn't remember the other two's name....

From those respected panels, it can be summarized that successful entrepreneurs have these qualities: Passionate, Energetic, Knowledgeable and Persistent. Oh ya, there is also the quality which is to DREAM BIG.

So anyone craving to be an entrepreneur, remember these qualities in your heart. When you succeed, pls do not forget about me....XD

Imaginary peace of mind

Well, in times of digging into the huge chunks of work, I suddenly have a thought in mind, wouldn't it be good if I can just put everything aside and have a stroll in parks like the one on my blog heading or the ones like this:

With this weather:

Walking down the park, enjoying the view of a pond with the weather being windy and cloudy. (no I don't mean the time before downpours) Maybe jogging around beneath the lush greenery around with tonnes of trees shading above me..... I wouldn't mind if leaves fell on my head (of course, not the whole branch of tree la, I expect only a few leaves, not in bulk)

That's the environment that I long to be at now.....
